Our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from our hillside estate vineyards and produced a singularly limited vintage. The result is a notably poignant expression of crafting a truly varietal correct wine. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon celebrates all of the  hard work in the vineyards and meticulous winemaking that brought it to life. Reddish brown in color, the nose presents keen notes of cherry, blackberry and pepper. Great acidity with polished tannins and complexity, the palate is delighted by dark red fruit flavors as the wine makes its way to a smooth, balanced finish.
