EVENTS
The best way to explore wine is to drink it.

The ability to taste the wine opens a window of knowledge and experience. When you get to hear and learn from the winemakers themselves, it raises the experience to another level. Here at Buon Vino our tastings feature winemakers, winery owners and founders, and master sommeliers. We pack in as much knowledge as we can and we bring it right from the source of the wine’s creator. There is nothing better than to hear how history, trial and error, and chance have shaped the wines we have grown to love. We will post new wine tastings here, so check back frequently to see the when the next event will be.The best way to hear about our upcoming tastings is sign up on our email list.

Buon Vino Tasting Room
$35 per person
Please Join us and Merus Director of WinemakerMichael Beaulac Tuesday, April 8th at 6pm for an experience in vintage variation. We will have 3 vintages of Merus (2014, 2015, 2021) and 2 from Foley Johnson (2021 & 2022)
Merus Director of Winemaking, Michael Beaulac, a Vermont native, joined the Foley Family Wines team in 2021, bringing over 30 years of experience working with premier luxury wineries. Michael’s winemaking philosophy starts in the vineyard. Truly knowing the land, soil, and climate allows him to showcase the exceptionally pure qualities of the diverse vineyard sites and AVAs throughout the Napa Valley. He says of his philosophy for winemaking, “Be proactive in the vineyards. Let the fruit find its balance. Do not force the wine to be anything it’s not. Let it express its typicity. Once in the winery the wine should be touched as little as possible, in a perfect vintage, we really shouldn’t have to do anything.”

Jarvis Wine Tasting
Wednesday, April 16th | 6:00 PM
Buon Vino Tasting Room
$75 per person
Recently, I found myself in Napa, for business and pleasure, and while I was there I had the great pleasure of getting to do a tour and tasting of one of Napa's most premiere, small production winerys: Jarvis Estates.
After such an enjoyable trip, I felt it would be perfect to bring Jarvis to all of you! Join us on April 16th at 6:00 P.M. for an incredible opportunity to taste these absolute gems! Not only will we be tasting some incredible wines, our guest speaker, Christina Clark, the National sales manager for Jarvis, and Certified Specialist of Wine, has hooked us up with the opportunity to taste some back vintage wines!
"Driven by my thirst (literally and figuratively) for being a “grape to glass” expert, I’ve worked, explored, & studied in the prominent wine producing regions of Germany, Australia, France, Italy, Spain, & Portugal. Domestically, my mastery lies in the wines of California (particularly Napa Valley) and North Carolina (yes, they make “real” wine in NC). My biggest takeaway over the years… wine wields the beautiful power of connection. Take a moment to slow down and savor the nights we’ll never remember, friends we’ll never forget, and the wine that brought us together."
