Our 5 in-house Somms pride themselves in learning our customers' palettes and presenting quality recommendations. Consider us a personal wine concierge for your wine needs.
We do carry several hundred bottles in our Tasting Room in West Plano that are no short of extraordinary. They range from French Bordeaux, Italian Super Tuscan, South African Chenin Blanc, California/Washington Cabernet, Oregon Pinot, or Australian Shiraz. And this is only the beginning.
We promote most of our offerings through our email lists. If you would like to sign up to receive our wine offers click here. We will be segmenting our email list in the near future.

This is how we promote sale pricing on wine bottles. In order to pass a sale on to the customer we create a quantity sale on certain wine labels.. Buy 3 bottles and receive the sale price per bottle. If you buy only 1 bottle then you pay the full price. The discount is automatically applied in your cart page.
It has happened to all of us at some point. If you happen to receive a bottle that is corked, cooked, leaking, or has already become vinegar, then you may return that bottle to us free of charge.
Make sure you DON'T pour it out. Simply put the cork back in and bring to us and we will take it from there.
We will be able to replace your bottle so long as the vintage is available. If not we can either give you a refund on that bottle, purchase the next vintage or another bottle from our inventory at the same price.

During our hot weather months we have switched to an environmentally friendly packaging system. We have 4 layers of protection surrounding your wine order to ensure that no outside elements will affect the contents in a negative way.

Packaging For Hot Weather Shipping
Our first layer of protection is our biodegradable wine pack shippers They protect your wine collection from extreme temperature swings, and go with a natural biobased protective insulated packaging material that is good for the environment. Our two-piece insulated wine shipper takes up little space compared to molded EPS foam and doesn’t carry the environmental and disposal hazards associated with EPS after you’ve unpacked your wine. Nature-Packs wine and champagne shippers are the proven choice when it comes to ecologically sustainable packaging.
Our second layer of protection is our is our Thermal Shield® box liner. Foil is used in many ways to maintain and preserve freshness and act as a barrier. But its main use is to reflect and reduce energy consumption. Thermal Shield® is built to fight the three basic modes of heat transfer: Conductive, Radiant, and Convective.
The third layer of protection is our shipping pulp. We have shipped thousands of packages using these impact resistant wine pulp trays to keep wine bottles from breaking. They also serve as the first layer to help keep high temperatures from contacting the bottles.
The fourth layer of protection is our frozen gel packs. These packs are inserted on top of the pulp to keep the wine bottles and pulp from getting wet due to condensation. These gel packs are designed to keep temperatures below 80° F for up to 2 days.

Yes. We love to share and explore wine from around the world with all of you. The best way to do that is host wine tastings at our Tasting Room in West Plano.
Throughout the year we host winemakers and winery owners to showcase their creations. We invite all who know about us to come and enjoy these wines with us as we learn from the winemakers themselves. And let's not forget that we have 5 Somms of our own who love to put together their own tastings featuring wines from a specific region or a variety that you may not have had the pleasure of experiencing yet.
Each tasting will include either charcuterie boards or we will bring a chef to pair food with the wines that are featured
Visit our Events page here and see what we have coming up.
