The 2017 Barolo del Commune di La Morra is a stellar wine in its peer group. Rich ample and deep the Comune offers tons of sheer appeal. Sweet red plum kirsch mint and spice build in a beautifully layered expressive Barolo. There is some firmness in the tannin but nothing a year or two in bottle won't take care of. Drink 2022-2037.
