Elegant Blanc de Noirs Cuvée made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, traditionally named after the first daughter, Marie-Luise. The grapes come from our vineyards in Flörsheim-Dalsheim. The soil is characterized by limestone-brown clay as well as lime deposits in the subsoil, which impart a charming complexity and fine aromas to the cuvée. The environment around Flörsheim-Dalsheim allow our Pinot Noir grapes to reach optimal maturity and develop an exciting acid structure. On the palate, Cuvée Marie-Luise is distinguished by its elegant fruit profile, with pronounced notes of pear, apricot chutney, and small red berries. This sparkling wine shows a delightful presence on the palate, thanks to its fine mousseux, creaminess, and subtle spiciness. Recommended as an aperitif or paired, for example, with a bouillabaisse served with toasted bread.
