The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Coombsville delivers plenty of dark fruit notes of plum and blackberry while avoiding too much of an herbal streak. It's full-bodied, round and mouthfilling but without much textural richness, then finishes with some dusty, astringent tannins and mouthwatering acids. Give it a few years and see if it softens.
