Wine of character, a beautiful classic whose quality is undeniable from one vintage to another. Intense aromatic bouquet of white fruits and candied citrus fruits which explodes on the nose and evolves towards mineral and toasted notes. Long and rich but fresh, fruity and complex, still mineral on the palate, which reveals the identity of the Bregeonnette terroirs. Nice acidity.

Can be drunk as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to seafood platters, with fine fish, goat cheese, etc.
