Fog Catcher is our flagship Bordeaux blend crafted from the top
 barrels each vintage. We hand-harvested the grapes, destemmed
 them and fermented them in stainless steel tanks. Each varietal
 was then aged in French oak barrels for a year. When our
 Winemakers tasted the barrels, they found the Cabernet
 Sauvignon to be stunning, with deep color and distinctive flavors.
 It became the star of this blend with plush Malbec and spicy
 Carménère playing supporting roles. They meticulously
 assembled the blend, selecting individual barrels of each varietal
 to earn a place in this prestigious cuvée. The wine then aged an
 additional 16 months in French oak barrels to continue to
 develop. The 2021 Fog Catcher is powerful and age-worthy, with
 a luxurious mouthfeel and harmonious balance of dark fruit,
 herbal and floral notes. It is poised to age beautifully over the
 next 10+ years.
