Lancaster Winemakers Cuvée 2021 is a Cabernet-dominated blend. It has a creamy chocolate-covered-cherry aroma and a bright palate with cherry, raspberry, cinnamon, and cocoa-powder flavors. The wine is dark purple and opens with aromas of indulgent, dark berry fruit with savory undertones and notes of toasted oak. The 2021 Winemaker’s Cuvée Red Blend is composed of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Merlot and Petit Verdot. It has notes of cassis, menthol, polished leather, and mocha.
