This dry riesling comes off Ribbon Ridge's marine sedimentary soils, and dry farmed vines planted in 2007. This young wine was whole cluster pressed and fermented and aged in neutral oak and concrete. Perfumed lemon balm, white peach, pear blossom fill the waxen core, with a lingering cold cream perfume and lime blossom on the end of this gentle white. Drinking smartly now, and a fine pair to fragrant Thai veg curries.
