The GG from the Abtsberg is already very balanced on the nose. Its clear minerality and stony character harmonize perfectly with yellow stone fruit such as apricots and mirabelle plums. A subtle yeasty note from spontaneous fermentation gives the first indication of its origin. Swiveled yellow flowers are added. The palate shows a wine with a gripping character and great balance. Initially, stone fruit such as white peach and yellow nectarine appear in combination with the finesse of white flowers. The fruit is perfectly integrated by its vivid but defined acidity. Its enormous "stoniness", subtle salted lemon and floral accents give the powerful wine a wonderful playfulness and finesse.
