This limited edition of Chardonnay from Piattelli Vineyards is a barrel selection from our finest estate lots in the Finca San Jose, located at 1268 meters above sea level in the foothills of Tupungato, Mendoza. During the growing season, the days are warm and nights are very cool, allowing us to preserve the natural acidity of the grapes getting fresh tasting and intense aromas. The harvest was achieved manually; the transportation is prepared in boxes of 18 kg and once in the cellar the grapes are selected and then pressed. The juice is fermented in French oak barrels and aged for six months.
