I feel its high time we resume the Explored series, and I figured we should start the year off with Sommelier's Catnip; The Rhone Valley! For this event, I want to highlight Chateauneuf du Pape, and take a look at some other surrounding regions, to showcase what makes these storied vineyards so special, and the wines so unforgettable! I have curated a list of some of my favorite producers, with a good mix of wines fit for the everyday, and ones that would be nice in cozy in the cellar for years to come! Some regions you may recognize, and some less so, and that's how I like it, bolster your understanding of what you know, and explore the unexplored, all with a good glass to transport you there!
