Buon Vino Crew,

Given my love for Spanish wines, and I love a sequel that surpasses the first, I will be hosting another Jamon Carving for my birthday, and I would love to spend it with you all!

Famila Torres has graciously flown in another leg of Jamon Iberico, one of the most prized cured meats throughout Europe, and we will have a carver slicing the meat fresh for us! I will be also preparing Pan Cristal with tomato puree and fresh Manchego to pair with the meat!

The Torres family didn't stop there! We figured what grows together goes together, so we will be pouring some beautiful expressions of their wines that will pair marvelously with the dishes!
