Our Terroirs des Fleurs cuvée refers to white flowers: hawthorn, acacia and honeysuckle. It is a Blanc de Blancs, that is to say a blend of grape varieties producing white-skinned grapes. These grapes come from plots producing wines with a predominance of aromatic flowers (characteristic that is usually found in wines from the Mâconnais). This is what brings this beautiful finesse and aromatic elegance, characteristic of the Delorme style. This cuvée is made exclusively from Chardonnay and Aligoté grape varieties. The colored bands of its pearly label distinguish it and reflect its luminous personality as well as the excellence of the House's winegrowers over time.

This Blanc de Blancs Crémant de Bourgogne has a beautiful white color with brilliant reflections. On the nose, there are notes of white flowers. On the palate, aromas of peach and pear provide a moment of undisputed freshness.

It sublimates seafood platters: whelks, cockles and other clams.
