Light gold in color with a delicate, abundant mousse. Fresh and expressive nose combining notes of ripe fruit, mirabelle plum, and apricots. Aeration brings forth notes of honey and wild flowers. Fresh and creamy with delicate notes of citrus fruits. The finish is long and lingering, with a lovely hint of minerality and some spiced notes.

There's a lovely viscosity to the creamy mousse, a textural echo on the lasting finish.

94 points	I like the fresh-croissant, candied-walnut, brioche and apple-crumble aromas here. It’s silky, sleek and creamy on the palate with very fine bubbles. Delicious pastry notes on the long finish.
